Did we luck out or did we luck out?! The Monday groups had some of the best weather this year. Split half and half between barbecue in Lepelenburg Park discussing Jenny’s thesis topic over stereotype threat, and rousing discussion over generational differences, complemented by Brenna’s lovely dhal/tikka masala masterpiece, the groups combined to end the night in style with great conversation and a time so fun that the neighbor across the canal was jealous. (Sorry!)
Afterwards, barward ho! At Jan Primus’, the lively discourse continued well into the night. Tuesday, the circle convened at Teresa’s place, discussing her topic over fairness and individual differences, and a fantastic time was had by all. It didn’t stop there, either – there’s still discussion backed up by links to US Supreme Court decisions happening on the forums.
